
宋李翔,中共黨員,數創(chuang)學院學工辦負責人(ren)。雖說是(shi)今年初從管理學院輪崗(gang)來到數創(chuang)學院,但從進校伊(yi)始,宋李翔已在學生管理工作(zuo)崗(gang)位辛(xin)勤(qin)(qin)耕耘(yun)九(jiu)個年頭(tou),是(shi)學校學工隊伍(wu)中品格優秀、勤(qin)(qin)勉擔當(dang)、經(jing)驗豐富的中堅力量(liang)。
自“不(bu)忘初心(xin),牢(lao)(lao)記使命”主(zhu)題(ti)教育工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋李翔積(ji)極響應(ying)校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總支的號(hao)召(zhao),根據學(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)有關“不(bu)忘初心(xin),牢(lao)(lao)記使命”主(zhu)題(ti)教育統一部(bu)署和安排,積(ji)極組織學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)支部(bu)的各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署、共(gong)落實,找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)建設的重(zhong)點,扎實推進各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼(tie)近學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)近工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實際(ji)、貼(tie)近工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展(zhan)現了學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)書(shu)記應(ying)有的風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作(zuo)為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記,宋李翔(xiang)深(shen)知展(zhan)(zhan)示支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)影響力(li)和(he)號召(zhao)力(li),發(fa)揮(hui)團結引(yin)領(ling)作(zuo)用,形成(cheng)磁場(chang)效應在(zai)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想政治(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中的(de)重要(yao)性。因此,他主(zhu)動與(yu)綜合素(su)養突(tu)出(chu)、具有較強學(xue)(xue)業(ye)(ye)拼搏精神和(he)過(guo)硬政治(zhi)素(su)養的(de)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)積(ji)極接觸(chu),通過(guo)積(ji)極分(fen)子(zi)座(zuo)談、發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)對象談話(hua)等(deng)形式將教(jiao)育(yu)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員這一(yi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)中心(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落實到位。他時刻提(ti)醒積(ji)極分(fen)子(zi)、發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)對象和(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員處理好(hao)日常學(xue)(xue)習(xi)與(yu)做好(hao)黨(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)關系(xi)(xi)、政治(zhi)理論學(xue)(xue)習(xi)與(yu)主(zhu)業(ye)(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)的(de)關系(xi)(xi),使支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)涌(yong)現出(chu)如梁(liang)家茵、溫嘉慶等(deng)綜合素(su)質突(tu)出(chu)的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員。認(ren)真貫徹落實黨(dang)中央、廣東省(sheng)委、深(shen)圳市(shi)委和(he)校(xiao)黨(dang)委關于主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)各項部(bu)(bu)署,積(ji)極召(zhao)集支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)全體師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員開展(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)《習(xi)近平新時代中國特(te)色社會主(zhu)義思(si)想學(xue)(xue)習(xi)綱要(yao)》、習(xi)總書記關于主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)講話(hua)和(he)中央的(de)有關部(bu)(bu)署等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)活動。在(zai)新生(sheng)(sheng)入學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)中第一(yi)時間開展(zhan)(zhan)入黨(dang)教(jiao)育(yu),利用早晚修(xiu)時間,組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)全體2019級新生(sheng)(sheng)集中觀看《我們(men)走在(zai)大(da)(da)路(lu)上》專(zhuan)題(ti)片,積(ji)極弘揚愛國熱情(qing)。認(ren)真對照校(xiao)黨(dang)委文件,嚴格規范學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)“三會一(yi)課(ke)”記錄(lu),支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)會議記錄(lu)本被(bei)當成(cheng)標桿記錄(lu)本在(zai)學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)總支(zhi)內部(bu)(bu)進行傳閱學(xue)(xue)習(xi)。宋李翔(xiang)努力(li)為師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員排憂解難,積(ji)極解答(da)新發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)教(jiao)工(gong)(gong)黨(dang)員在(zai)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)過(guo)程(cheng)中的(de)疑惑和(he)困難,利用暑假主(zhu)動為畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員聯系(xi)(xi)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)關系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)移(yi)單位,耐(nai)心(xin)解答(da)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員的(de)各種問題(ti),大(da)(da)力(li)協助(zhu)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員完(wan)成(cheng)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)關系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)移(yi),深(shen)受畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)員的(de)好(hao)評。

(you)(you)了(le)(le)(le)較(jiao)大提升,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積(ji)極(ji)(ji)性(xing)、主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)性(xing)不斷(duan)高漲(zhang),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)能力也較(jiao)上屆有(you)(you)(you)了(le)(le)(le)明顯(xian)改觀(guan)(guan)。努力創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)平(ping)臺(tai),在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)領(ling)(ling)導支持下,積(ji)極(ji)(ji)與深(shen)圳市公安局機(ji)場分局聯(lian)絡(luo),于2019年(nian)6月正式成(cheng)立深(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影視動(dong)(dong)畫(hua)宣(xuan)傳志愿服(fu)務基(ji)地,使(shi)得志愿服(fu)務與專業建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)實(shi)(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)深(shen)度(du)融合。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)注意整合資源,借助(zhu)外(wai)力提升部(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)水平(ping)。半年(nian)來(lai)(lai)2次主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)聯(lian)系(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校心理(li)咨(zi)詢中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心,通過借助(zhu)專業力量提升對重(zhong)點關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的管理(li)能力和(he)(he)應對水平(ping)。積(ji)極(ji)(ji)發揮新(xin)媒體(ti)平(ping)臺(tai)在(zai)思(si)(si)想政(zheng)治教育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的陣地作(zuo)用,組(zu)織策劃迎新(xin)系(xi)(xi)列推文(wen)、國慶(qing)70周年(nian)系(xi)(xi)列活動(dong)(dong)、強國青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)說推文(wen)等(deng)宣(xuan)傳推文(wen),深(shen)受(shou)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋李翔(xiang)老師工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)敢于(yu)(yu)擔當,身先(xian)士卒,高度自律(lv)。每(mei)天早上(shang)提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小(xiao)時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)開始(shi)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下(xia)午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦(ban)公室,關愛(ai)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍內部(bu)(bu)建(jian)(jian)設,通(tong)過(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)活動等方式(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦(ban)營造出(chu)團(tuan)(tuan)結(jie)協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次實(shi)地檢(jian)查(cha)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情況,及時(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導員反饋(kui)早晚修(xiu)情況。積極通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話、走(zou)訪宿舍(she)(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談(tan)(tan)等形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及時(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開展主題教(jiao)育工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話80人(ren)(ren)次,宿舍(she)(she)走(zou)訪4次。工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)能(neng)根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和培養特點,有(you)針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)性的(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將(jiang)活動育人(ren)(ren)、文(wen)化育人(ren)(ren)理念落實(shi)到位。同時(shi)對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后進的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引(yin)導教(jiao)育,而是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)嚴要(yao)求(qiu),敢碰硬(ying)的(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班(ban)主任、輔(fu)導員一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行(xing)后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教(jiao)育引(yin)導。羅馬城不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)建(jian)(jian)設也不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕(xi),唯有(you)通(tong)過(guo)嚴于(yu)(yu)律(lv)己的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風和正能(neng)量(liang)的(de)積極傳遞才能(neng)讓新時(shi)期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)(bu)的(de)建(jian)(jian)設與時(shi)俱進,勇往直(zhi)前(qian)。
