[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李(li)翔,中共黨(dang)員,數創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦負責(ze)人。雖說(shuo)是今年初從管(guan)理(li)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪崗來到數創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從進(jin)校伊始,宋李(li)翔已在學(xue)(xue)生管(guan)理(li)工(gong)作崗位辛勤耕耘九個年頭,是學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍(wu)中品格優秀(xiu)、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的(de)中堅力(li)量(liang)。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李(li)翔老(lao)師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中敢于擔當,身先(xian)士卒,高(gao)度自律。每(mei)天早上提前(qian)一個(ge)小時趕到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),下午最后一個(ge)離(li)開辦公(gong)室(shi),關愛(ai)團隊成員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍(wu)內部建(jian)設(she),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)專題研討、團隊成員談心談話(hua)、團隊活(huo)(huo)動(dong)等方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營(ying)造(zao)出團結協作(zuo),拼搏奉獻(xian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)氛(fen)圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)實地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)況,及時向(xiang)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)員反饋(kui)早晚(wan)修情(qing)況。積極通(tong)(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一對(dui)一談話(hua)、走訪(fang)宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了(le)解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動(dong)態,及時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂(you)解(jie)難。自開展主題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以(yi)來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一對(dui)一談話(hua)80人次(ci),宿舍(she)走訪(fang)4次(ci)。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和培(pei)養(yang)特點,有(you)針對(dui)性的(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一片,將活(huo)(huo)動(dong)育(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)人理(li)念落實到(dao)(dao)位。同(tong)時對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后進(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕(jue)不放棄引導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),而是(shi)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)嚴(yan)要求,敢碰硬的(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長(chang)、班主任、輔(fu)導(dao)員一起進(jin)行后進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)引導(dao)。羅馬(ma)城(cheng)不是(shi)一天建(jian)成的(de),一流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)團隊建(jian)設(she)也不是(shi)一朝一夕,唯有(you)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)嚴(yan)于律己的(de)作(zuo)風和正(zheng)能量的(de)積極傳遞(di)才能讓新時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)建(jian)設(she)與時俱進(jin),勇往直前(qian)。
