
宋李翔,中(zhong)共黨(dang)員,數(shu)創學(xue)院學(xue)工辦負責人(ren)。雖說是(shi)今年初從管理學(xue)院輪(lun)崗來到數(shu)創學(xue)院,但從進(jin)校伊始,宋李翔已在學(xue)生管理工作崗位辛勤(qin)耕(geng)耘九個年頭(tou),是(shi)學(xue)校學(xue)工隊伍中(zhong)品格優秀、勤(qin)勉擔當、經驗豐富的(de)中(zhong)堅力量。
自(zi)“不(bu)(bu)忘初心(xin),牢記(ji)(ji)(ji)使命”主(zhu)題教育(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)展以來,宋李(li)翔積(ji)極響(xiang)應(ying)(ying)校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)總(zong)支的號(hao)召(zhao),根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)院有關“不(bu)(bu)忘初心(xin),牢記(ji)(ji)(ji)使命”主(zhu)題教育(yu)(yu)統(tong)一部(bu)署和(he)(he)安排(pai),積(ji)極組織(zhi)學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支部(bu)的各(ge)項工作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日(ri)常工作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署、共(gong)落實,找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)建設(she)的重點(dian),扎實推進各(ge)項工作(zuo)(zuo)的開(kai)展,工作(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼近(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、貼近(jin)工作(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼近(jin)工作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展現了(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)書記(ji)(ji)(ji)應(ying)(ying)有的風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作(zuo)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)書(shu)記(ji),宋(song)李翔深(shen)知展示支(zhi)部(bu)影(ying)響(xiang)力(li)和(he)號(hao)召(zhao)力(li),發(fa)(fa)揮團結引領作(zuo)用,形(xing)成(cheng)磁(ci)場效應在大學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想政(zheng)治教(jiao)(jiao)育工(gong)作(zuo)中的(de)(de)重要(yao)性。因此,他主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)與綜合(he)素養(yang)突出、具(ju)有較強學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)(ye)(ye)拼搏精(jing)神和(he)過硬政(zheng)治素養(yang)的(de)(de)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極接觸,通過積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極分子(zi)座談、發(fa)(fa)展對(dui)(dui)象談話等形(xing)式(shi)將教(jiao)(jiao)育發(fa)(fa)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)這一學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)中心工(gong)作(zuo)落實(shi)到位(wei)。他時刻(ke)提醒積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極分子(zi)、發(fa)(fa)展對(dui)(dui)象和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)處(chu)理好日常學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)與做好黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)(guan)系、政(zheng)治理論學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)與主(zhu)(zhu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)課程(cheng)的(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)(guan)系,使(shi)支(zhi)部(bu)涌現出如梁家(jia)茵(yin)、溫嘉慶等綜合(he)素質突出的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)。認真貫徹落實(shi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)中央(yang)、廣東(dong)省委、深(shen)圳市委和(he)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委關(guan)(guan)(guan)于主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)育工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)各項部(bu)署,積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極召(zhao)集支(zhi)部(bu)全體(ti)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)《習(xi)(xi)近平新時代中國特色社會主(zhu)(zhu)義思想學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)綱要(yao)》、習(xi)(xi)總書(shu)記(ji)關(guan)(guan)(guan)于主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)育講話和(he)中央(yang)的(de)(de)有關(guan)(guan)(guan)部(bu)署等教(jiao)(jiao)育活動(dong)(dong)。在新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)入學(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)育中第一時間開展入黨(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)(jiao)育,利用早晚(wan)修時間,組(zu)織全體(ti)2019級新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)集中觀看《我們走(zou)在大路上》專題(ti)片,積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極弘揚愛國熱情。認真對(dui)(dui)照校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委文件,嚴(yan)格規范學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)“三會一課”記(ji)錄,支(zhi)部(bu)會議(yi)記(ji)錄本被當成(cheng)標桿(gan)記(ji)錄本在學(xue)(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)內部(bu)進行(xing)傳閱學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)。宋(song)李翔努力(li)為師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)排憂解難,積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極解答新發(fa)(fa)展教(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)在發(fa)(fa)展過程(cheng)中的(de)(de)疑惑和(he)困難,利用暑(shu)假主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)為畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)聯系組(zu)織關(guan)(guan)(guan)系轉(zhuan)移(yi)(yi)單位(wei),耐心解答畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)各種問(wen)題(ti),大力(li)協(xie)助畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)完成(cheng)組(zu)織關(guan)(guan)(guan)系轉(zhuan)移(yi)(yi),深(shen)受畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)好評。

)(zuo)(zuo)平臺,在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)領(ling)導(dao)支持下,積(ji)極(ji)與深圳市公安局機(ji)場分局聯(lian)(lian)絡,于2019年6月正式成(cheng)立深職院(yuan)影視動畫(hua)宣傳(chuan)志(zhi)愿服(fu)務(wu)基(ji)地,使(shi)得志(zhi)愿服(fu)務(wu)與專業(ye)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)實(shi)現了(le)深度融合。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中注意整合資(zi)源,借(jie)助(zhu)(zhu)外(wai)力(li)(li)提(ti)升部(bu)(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平。半年來(lai)2次主動聯(lian)(lian)系學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)咨詢中心(xin),通過借(jie)助(zhu)(zhu)專業(ye)力(li)(li)量提(ti)升對重(zhong)點(dian)關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)管理(li)(li)(li)能(neng)力(li)(li)和(he)應對水平。積(ji)極(ji)發(fa)揮新媒體(ti)平臺在(zai)思想政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)教育中的(de)(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),組織策劃迎新系列推(tui)文(wen)、國慶70周年系列活動、強(qiang)國青年說(shuo)推(tui)文(wen)等(deng)宣傳(chuan)推(tui)文(wen),深受(shou)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋李(li)翔老師(shi)工(gong)作中敢(gan)于擔當,身先(xian)士卒,高度(du)自律(lv)。每天早(zao)上提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)作,下(xia)午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)離(li)開(kai)辦(ban)公室,關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan),注(zhu)重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu)內部建(jian)設,通過專題(ti)研討(tao)、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活動等(deng)方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)營造出團(tuan)結協作,拼搏奉獻(xian)的(de)工(gong)作氛(fen)圍。每周2次(ci)實(shi)地檢(jian)查(cha)新生(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修(xiu)情況(kuang),及時(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)反饋(kui)早(zao)晚修(xiu)情況(kuang)。積極(ji)通過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話、走訪(fang)宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代表(biao)座談(tan)(tan)等(deng)形(xing)式傾(qing)聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了(le)解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)動態,及時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排憂(you)解(jie)難。自開(kai)展(zhan)主題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作以(yi)來,主持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話80人(ren)次(ci),宿舍走訪(fang)4次(ci)。工(gong)作中能(neng)根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專業和培(pei)養特點(dian),有針對性的(de)開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動育(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)理念(nian)落實(shi)到位(wei)。同時(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄(qi)引(yin)導教(jiao)育(yu),而是(shi)(shi)通過嚴(yan)要求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)態度(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長、班(ban)主任、輔導員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)(jin)(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)引(yin)導。羅馬城不(bu)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建(jian)成(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)設也不(bu)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有通過嚴(yan)于律(lv)己的(de)作風和正能(neng)量的(de)積極(ji)傳遞(di)才(cai)能(neng)讓新時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)建(jian)設與(yu)時(shi)俱進(jin)(jin)(jin),勇往直前。
