[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書特有的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化底蘊和文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化地位,對整個社會的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化大發展,甚而(er)對經濟、科(ke)研、社會文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明等(deng)方面的進(jin)步起(qi)著舉足輕重的作(zuo)用。圖書館(guan)作(zuo)為古今中外最(zui)重要的藏(zang)書場所(suo)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化天地,肩負著特別的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化使命(ming)和任務。高(gao)校圖書館(guan)在(zai)為教學科(ke)研服務的同時,更有著直接參與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化育人的重要使命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復(fu)(fu)合(he)(he)式創(chuang)新(xin)型高素質(zhi)高技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)時(shi)期對職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)提(ti)出(chu)的新(xin)要求(qiu),符合(he)(he)市場對新(xin)型技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才的新(xin)變化(hua),也切合(he)(he)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才未來發(fa)展(zhan)的方向。全面(mian)推進“文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復(fu)(fu)合(he)(he)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才培養模式改革,對職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)的發(fa)展(zhan)與教育(yu)教學提(ti)出(chu)了新(xin)的挑戰,也說明了新(xin)型技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才培育(yu)的復(fu)(fu)雜性。作(zuo)為傳統的文化(hua)主(zhu)體(ti)部門、教學輔助單(dan)位(wei),圖書館理當主(zhu)動參(can)與到文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)中。

  從單一(yi)的(de)(de)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)或專業(ye)(ye)(ye)群要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),從適應崗位(wei)(wei)到(dao)(dao)工(gong)作創(chuang)新(xin),從“工(gong)具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)到(dao)(dao)以人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)本綜合(he)發(fa)展(zhan),現代技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)理(li)念(nian)與(yu)(yu)定位(wei)(wei)有根本性轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變,對高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)而(er)言(yan),自身定位(wei)(wei)與(yu)(yu)工(gong)作責任必須進行變革(ge)。第一(yi),努(nu)力(li)拓展(zhan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)內涵(han),必須要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看(kan)(kan)到(dao)(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華(hua)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)中心開(kai)展(zhan)資源建設(she)(she)(she)和服(fu)務(wu)提升(sheng),依復(fu)合(he)型(xing)(xing)、創(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)來(lai)采購圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完(wan)善閱讀環境,開(kai)展(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu),更(geng)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走(zou)出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan),參與(yu)(yu)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)作的(de)(de)第一(yi)線。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)可以全程介入教(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)整個(ge)過程,從而(er)在實踐中使圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)內涵(han)與(yu)(yu)外(wai)延,著(zhu)力(li)推動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)大發(fa)展(zhan)。第二,著(zhu)力(li)打造(zao)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)展(zhan)開(kai),不(bu)僅是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)養課程的(de)(de)開(kai)設(she)(she)(she)問題,更(geng)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大環境與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠道(dao)的(de)(de)建設(she)(she)(she)問題,推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she),是一(yi)個(ge)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)切(qie)入點。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看(kan)(kan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),使校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃(nong)郁。第三,不(bu)斷放大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)十分重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部分。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)(she)(she)中,應該(gai)根據時代需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特(te)色,組織(zhi)各方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)力(li)量(liang),從不(bu)同(tong)角(jiao)度(du)完(wan)善、充實、放大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究、社會服(fu)務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全面(mian)成(cheng)長相(xiang)結合(he),激勵教(jiao)(jiao)師投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)造(zao)中來(lai)。抓住(zhu)德育(yu)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)主線,用不(bu)同(tong)形式和方(fang)法提高(gao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)社會公德、職業(ye)(ye)(ye)道(dao)德與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)   文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落(luo)實“文化(hua)育(yu)人”的(de)人才(cai)培(pei)養理念,一方面要求圖書(shu)文化(hua)升華拓展,衍進(jin)到(dao)書(shu)香文化(hua),進(jin)而推動書(shu)香校園(yuan),促進(jin)校園(yuan)文化(hua)大發展,另一方面也從文化(hua)建設(she)的(de)角(jiao)度對圖書(shu)館(guan)的(de)具體(ti)工(gong)作提出(chu)了新的(de)要求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設是(shi)圖書館(guan)永恒的(de)主題,今后應有三個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)重視(shi)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構(gou),三是(shi)重點抓好特色(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設。圖書資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設實(shi)則(ze)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,是(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基(ji)礎。為(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針(zhen)對性、有效性與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特色(se),應進一(yi)步與(yu)學校各(ge)部門及(ji)校外單位合(he)作(zuo)(zuo),加強(qiang)合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特色(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,加強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專題如(ru)職業(ye)素養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高(gao)職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模(mo),就(jiu)進行歸(gui)納整(zheng)理,集中收藏(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專題文(wen)(wen)庫。日(ri)常(chang)采購中,應有意識地(di)進行專題采購,形(xing)成(cheng)特色(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書。也可發揮(hui)博物館(guan)功(gong)能,收集地(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)料、非物質遺產,接(jie)受私人專題藏(zang)品,形(xing)成(cheng)專題數據庫或(huo)特藏(zang)室(shi)。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延(yan)伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書館(guan)是(shi)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)書館(guan)的服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)書館(guan)的服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應(ying)更(geng)注重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing),通(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影(ying)響(xiang)師生,通(tong)過(guo)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵(jian)要(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua),日(ri)常應(ying)建立一套基本(ben)的能滿(man)足讀者需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)的服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系(xi),在此基礎上,要(yao)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信息的個(ge)(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教(jiao)(jiao)師或重(zhong)點團隊在縱深層次的教(jiao)(jiao)學科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)獻信息的個(ge)(ge)性(xing)(xing)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu),其(qi)次要(yao)在服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫(fu),引(yin)進新(xin)技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短信、聊天群、手機圖(tu)書館(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)書館(guan)等,促進與讀者的信息交流(liu),文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)師(shi)生(sheng)最重要(yao)的(de)(de)聚集(ji)之(zhi)(zhi)地(di)。面向未來(lai)(lai),我們提出除了要(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)(cheng)資(zi)源信息中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)之(zhi)(zhi)外,還要(yao)建成(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)(xue)習交流中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)和宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),實(shi)現由傳統大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新型(xing)大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實(shi)際(ji)上賦(fu)予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功能(neng),不斷拓(tuo)寬(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺,成(cheng)(cheng)為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)重要(yao)渠道。近(jin)年來(lai)(lai),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常(chang)規服務的(de)(de)同時,大量(liang)舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介(jie)、閱讀沙龍(long)、專(zhuan)題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評(ping)競賽和技能(neng)比(bi)賽等,保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展示與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)讀者協會,與師(shi)生(sheng)建立(li)了廣泛的(de)(de)聯系。以后(hou),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)不斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好搞精(jing)彩(cai),還要(yao)走(zou)出館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),并且走(zou)出校(xiao)門,配合教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
