技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養(yang)“復合式(shi)創新(xin)(xin)型高素質高技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)職業院校提出(chu)的新(xin)(xin)要(yao)求,符合市場對(dui)新(xin)(xin)型技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)的新(xin)(xin)變(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua),也切(qie)合技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)未(wei)來發展的方向。全面推(tui)進“文化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)、復合育(yu)人(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)模式(shi)改革,對(dui)職業院校的發展與(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學提出(chu)了新(xin)(xin)的挑戰,也說明了新(xin)(xin)型技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)育(yu)的復雜性。作為傳統的文化(hua)(hua)(hua)主體部門、教(jiao)學輔助單(dan)位,圖書館理(li)當主動參(can)與(yu)到文化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理念,一(yi)方面要求圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)升華(hua)拓展,衍進到書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),進而推(tui)動(dong)書(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園,促進校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大發(fa)展,另一(yi)方面也從文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建設的(de)角度對圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)具體工作(zuo)提出了新的(de)要求。
1、豐(feng)富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)是(shi)(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)館永恒的(de)(de)主題(ti)(ti),今(jin)后應(ying)有(you)三個轉變,一是(shi)(shi)(shi)重視資源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)(shi)重點(dian)抓好特(te)色資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖(tu)書(shu)資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實則是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),是(shi)(shi)(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)。為形成(cheng)資源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)針對性、有(you)效性與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應(ying)進(jin)一步與(yu)學校(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)外(wai)單位合作,加強合作資源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專題(ti)(ti)如職業素養、地(di)(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)收(shou)(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一旦形成(cheng)規模(mo),就進(jin)行歸納整理,集中收(shou)(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購中,應(ying)有(you)意識地(di)(di)進(jin)行專題(ti)(ti)采購,形成(cheng)特(te)色文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也(ye)可(ke)發揮(hui)博物館功(gong)能,收(shou)(shou)集地(di)(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資料、非物質遺(yi)產,接受私人專題(ti)(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品,形成(cheng)專題(ti)(ti)數(shu)據(ju)庫(ku)或特(te)藏(zang)(zang)室(shi)。
2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力。圖書(shu)(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機(ji)構(gou),傳統(tong)圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡(jian)單,而現代圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應(ying)更(geng)注重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師生,通過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來(lai)育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應(ying)建(jian)立一套基(ji)本的(de)(de)能滿足讀(du)(du)者需求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此基(ji)礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)文(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿足教(jiao)師或重(zhong)點團隊在(zai)縱深層(ceng)次(ci)的(de)(de)教(jiao)學科(ke)研活動(dong)中(zhong)對文(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個性(xing)需求,其次(ci)要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方(fang)法上下功夫,引進新技(ji)術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短信(xin)、聊天群(qun)、手(shou)機(ji)圖書(shu)(shu)館、虛擬圖書(shu)(shu)館等,促進與讀(du)(du)者的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。
3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺(tai)。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園師生最重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集(ji)之地。面(mian)向未(wei)來(lai),我們提出(chu)除了(le)要把圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源信(xin)息中心之外,還(huan)要建(jian)成(cheng)學(xue)習交流(liu)中心、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)中心和(he)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)教育(yu)中心,實現由(you)傳(chuan)(chuan)統大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流(liu)、現代、新型大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型。這種轉(zhuan)型實際上賦(fu)予圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不斷拓寬圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)平臺(tai),成(cheng)為學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要渠道。近年來(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)做好(hao)常(chang)規服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,大量舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀(du)沙龍、專(zhuan)題(ti)講座(zuo)、書(shu)評競賽和(he)技(ji)能比賽等(deng),保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有(you)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教師的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)俱樂部與學(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)者協會,與師生建(jian)立了(le)廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要不斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)搞好(hao)搞精彩,還(huan)要走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入(ru)校(xiao)(xiao)園,并(bing)且走出(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)門,配合教學(xue)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)或師生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)活動(dong)(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。
