[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)(tu)書特有的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)底蘊和文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)地位,對(dui)(dui)整個社會的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大發(fa)展,甚而(er)對(dui)(dui)經濟、科研、社會文(wen)明(ming)等方(fang)面的(de)進步(bu)起(qi)著舉足輕(qing)重(zhong)的(de)作(zuo)用。圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)作(zuo)為(wei)古(gu)今中(zhong)外最重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)藏書場所、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)天地,肩負著特別(bie)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)使(shi)命和任(ren)務。高校圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)在為(wei)教(jiao)學(xue)科研服務的(de)同(tong)時,更(geng)有著直接參與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)使(shi)命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)(pei)養“復(fu)合(he)式創新(xin)型(xing)高素質高技能(neng)人才(cai)”,是(shi)新(xin)時期(qi)對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)提出(chu)(chu)的新(xin)要求,符合(he)市場對新(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人才(cai)的新(xin)變(bian)化(hua),也切(qie)合(he)技能(neng)人才(cai)未(wei)來發展(zhan)的方向(xiang)。全面推(tui)進“文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人、復(fu)合(he)育(yu)(yu)人、協同育(yu)(yu)人”人才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養模(mo)式改革,對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)的發展(zhan)與教育(yu)(yu)教學提出(chu)(chu)了(le)新(xin)的挑戰,也說明了(le)新(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人才(cai)培(pei)(pei)育(yu)(yu)的復(fu)雜(za)性。作為傳統(tong)的文(wen)化(hua)主體(ti)部門、教學輔助單位,圖書館理當主動參與到文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人工作中。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實(shi)“文化育人”的(de)人才培養(yang)理念,一(yi)(yi)方面要(yao)求圖書(shu)文化升(sheng)華拓(tuo)展(zhan),衍進(jin)(jin)到書(shu)香文化,進(jin)(jin)而推動書(shu)香校園,促進(jin)(jin)校園文化大(da)發展(zhan),另一(yi)(yi)方面也從文化建(jian)設的(de)角(jiao)度對圖書(shu)館的(de)具體工作提出了新的(de)要(yao)求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設(she)(she)是(shi)(shi)(shi)圖書館永恒的(de)主題(ti)(ti),今后應(ying)有三個轉變,一是(shi)(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)(shi)要優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結(jie)構,三是(shi)(shi)(shi)重點(dian)抓好(hao)特(te)色資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設(she)(she)。圖書資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設(she)(she)實則是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設(she)(she),是(shi)(shi)(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展(zhan)的(de)基(ji)礎。為(wei)形(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源的(de)針(zhen)對性、有效性與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應(ying)進一步與(yu)(yu)學校各部門及校外單位合作,加強合作資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源、特(te)色資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設(she)(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如(ru)職業素養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏(zang),一旦形(xing)成規模,就(jiu)進行(xing)歸納(na)整理,集(ji)中(zhong)收(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常(chang)采購中(zhong),應(ying)有意識地(di)進行(xing)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采購,形(xing)成特(te)色文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書。也可發揮博物館功(gong)能,收(shou)集(ji)地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物質遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)成專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數據庫或特(te)藏(zang)室。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延(yan)伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機構(gou),傳統圖(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現(xian)代圖(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更注重文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師生,通(tong)過(guo)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人(ren)。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵(jian)要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應建立一套基本的(de)(de)(de)能滿(man)足讀者需求的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系,在此(ci)基礎上,要(yao)(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教(jiao)師或重點團(tuan)隊在縱深層次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)學科研(yan)活動中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個性需求,其次(ci)要(yao)(yao)在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法(fa)上下功夫,引(yin)進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍更廣,如微(wei)博、短信(xin)(xin)、聊天群(qun)、手機圖(tu)書(shu)館、虛(xu)擬圖(tu)書(shu)館等,促(cu)進與讀者的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)息交流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開(kai)(kai)文(wen)化活(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓(tuo)寬(kuan)(kuan)文(wen)化平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)師(shi)生最重要(yao)的(de)聚集(ji)之地。面向未來,我(wo)們提出(chu)除了要(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)(cheng)資源信息中心之外,還要(yao)建成(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)(xue)習交流(liu)中心、文(wen)化活(huo)(huo)動(dong)中心和宣傳教育(yu)(yu)中心,實(shi)現由傳統(tong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流(liu)、現代、新(xin)型大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)轉型。這種轉型實(shi)際上(shang)賦(fu)予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)文(wen)化功能(neng),不斷拓(tuo)寬(kuan)(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)文(wen)化活(huo)(huo)動(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成(cheng)(cheng)為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育(yu)(yu)人的(de)重要(yao)渠道(dao)。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在做(zuo)好(hao)常規服務(wu)的(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)化展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推(tui)介(jie)、閱讀(du)沙(sha)龍(long)、專題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽和技能(neng)比賽等,保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月(yue)有(you)新(xin)的(de)文(wen)化展示與(yu)文(wen)化活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)頻率,通過教師(shi)的(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部(bu)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生的(de)讀(du)者協會,與(yu)師(shi)生建立了廣泛的(de)聯系(xi)。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)不斷把(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)化活(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞好(hao)搞精(jing)彩(cai),還要(yao)走(zou)出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍(she),深(shen)入校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),并且走(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)門,配合教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)或(huo)師(shi)生的(de)專題(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),開(kai)(kai)展書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化服務(wu)。
