魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為深入推(tui)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)校數字(zi)化轉型(xing),高質(zhi)量落實好(hao)“雙高”建設(she)各項任(ren)務(wu),6月28日(ri),深圳(zhen)職業技術(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院舉行黨委理論學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中心(xin)組(擴(kuo)大)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習會(hui)(hui),特別邀請(qing)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)政協委員、中國(guo)(guo)職業技術(shu)教(jiao)育學(xue)(xue)(xue)會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長(chang)、教(jiao)育部(bu)原副部(bu)長(chang)魯昕在京聯線,作題為《人工智能(neng)與經(jing)濟學(xue)(xue)(xue):“雙高”建設(she)全(quan)新領域的全(quan)面建設(she)》專題報告。會(hui)(hui)議由(you)校黨委書(shu)記(ji)、校長(chang)楊(yang)欣斌主持(chi)。

習近平總書記(ji)高度(du)重視人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)發(fa)展,認(ren)為“人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)是引領新(xin)一(yi)輪(lun)科技(ji)革命和(he)產業變革的重要驅(qu)動力”,“把(ba)握全(quan)球(qiu)人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)發(fa)展態勢,找準突破口和(he)主攻方(fang)向,培養大批具有創新(xin)能(neng)力和(he)合作精神的人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)高端人(ren)(ren)才是教育(yu)的重要使命”。

魯昕列舉了人社部發(fa)布(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)數字經濟背景(jing)下市場需求迫切的(de)(de)39個(ge)(ge)(ge)新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye),通過(guo)分析(xi)新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)(xin)知識、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)術(shu)、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)能(neng)(neng),突顯出工作場景(jing)變(bian)化(hua)對“雙高”專業(ye)(ye)建設提出的(de)(de)要求。最(zui)后,魯昕通過(guo)對工信部人才交流中心發(fa)布(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)《工業(ye)(ye)互聯網產業(ye)(ye)人才崗(gang)位(wei)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)要求》分析(xi),展示了工業(ye)(ye)互聯網產業(ye)(ye)人才8個(ge)(ge)(ge)方(fang)向41個(ge)(ge)(ge)崗(gang)位(wei)的(de)(de)4項(xiang)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)要求,系統(tong)總結了人工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)展對高等教育動手能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)數字化(hua)和實訓基地虛擬化(hua)轉型的(de)(de)呼喚。

魯(lu)昕希望,在“雙(shuang)(shuang)區”建設的背景下,“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”建設的過程(cheng)中,深(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)作為“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”中的“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”,要(yao)充分(fen)探討如何(he)在粵港澳大灣區的政策環境(jing)、在新(xin)一(yi)代信息技(ji)術的創(chuang)新(xin)文化、在深(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)的工科特色中發揮積極(ji)作用,構(gou)(gou)建新(xin)知識體系(xi)(xi),構(gou)(gou)建新(xin)課程(cheng)體系(xi)(xi),顛覆專業結構(gou)(gou),培養復合(he)性人才,成為名副其實的世界一(yi)流職業技(ji)術學院(yuan)(yuan)。

楊欣斌在總結中表示,魯(lu)昕(xin)會(hui)長的(de)報告(gao)站(zhan)位高(gao)遠、視野(ye)開闊,理論(lun)深厚(hou)、邏輯嚴(yan)密(mi),觀點鮮明(ming)、素材豐富,聚焦問題、貼近實際(ji),特(te)別(bie)是結合(he)我(wo)校“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)、專(zhuan)業設(she)置和產(chan)教融(rong)合(he)的(de)情況提出具(ju)(ju)體的(de)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)意(yi)(yi)見,對于推動學校數字化轉型,落(luo)實好(hao)“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設(she),科學謀劃“十四五”期(qi)間的(de)思路和舉(ju)措,具(ju)(ju)有重(zhong)要的(de)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)意(yi)(yi)義。楊欣斌要求各單位深刻領會(hui)、深入研究魯(lu)昕(xin)會(hui)長的(de)報告(gao)精神(shen),結合(he)實際(ji)抓好(hao)貫(guan)徹落(luo)實,努力在“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)中走在前列,爭當(dang)職業教育創新(xin)發展的(de)先行者。

整場報告歷時兩個半(ban)小(xiao)時,全校共300余人參加學(xue)習(xi),其中(zhong),全體專業(ye)主任(ren)(ren)、教研室(shi)主任(ren)(ren)、實訓(xun)室(shi)主任(ren)(ren)在會場進行(xing)集中(zhong)學(xue)習(xi);全體校領(ling)導、黨委委員,全體中(zhong)層干(gan)部通過騰(teng)訊會議系統進行(xing)線上學(xue)習(xi)。
