為深(shen)入推(tui)進學(xue)校數(shu)字化轉(zhuan)型,高(gao)質量落實好“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設各項任務,6月28日,深(shen)圳(zhen)職(zhi)業(ye)技術學(xue)院舉行黨(dang)委理論學(xue)習中(zhong)心組(擴(kuo)大)學(xue)習會,特別邀請全(quan)(quan)國政協(xie)委員、中(zhong)國職(zhi)業(ye)技術教育學(xue)會會長、教育部原副部長魯(lu)昕(xin)在京聯線(xian),作題(ti)為《人工(gong)智能與經濟學(xue):“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設全(quan)(quan)新(xin)領域的全(quan)(quan)面建(jian)設》專題(ti)報告。會議由校黨(dang)委書記、校長楊欣斌主持(chi)。

習近平總(zong)書記高度重視人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)發展,認(ren)為“人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)是引(yin)領新一輪科技革(ge)命和產業變革(ge)的重要驅動力”,“把握(wo)全球人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)發展態(tai)勢(shi),找準突破口(kou)和主(zhu)攻方(fang)向,培養大批具有創(chuang)新能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力和合作(zuo)精神的人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)高端人(ren)才是教育(yu)的重要使命”。

魯(lu)昕列舉了(le)人(ren)社部發(fa)布的(de)數(shu)字(zi)經濟背景(jing)下(xia)市場需求(qiu)迫切的(de)39個(ge)新(xin)職業(ye),通過分(fen)析新(xin)職業(ye)、新(xin)知識(shi)、新(xin)技術、新(xin)技能(neng),突顯(xian)出工作場景(jing)變(bian)化(hua)(hua)對(dui)“雙高”專業(ye)建設提出的(de)要求(qiu)。最后,魯(lu)昕通過對(dui)工信部人(ren)才(cai)交流中心發(fa)布的(de)《工業(ye)互聯網產業(ye)人(ren)才(cai)崗位能(neng)力(li)(li)要求(qiu)》分(fen)析,展(zhan)示了(le)工業(ye)互聯網產業(ye)人(ren)才(cai)8個(ge)方向(xiang)41個(ge)崗位的(de)4項能(neng)力(li)(li)要求(qiu),系統總結了(le)人(ren)工智能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)對(dui)高等教(jiao)育動手能(neng)力(li)(li)數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)和實訓基(ji)地虛擬化(hua)(hua)轉型的(de)呼(hu)喚。

魯昕希望,在(zai)(zai)“雙區”建(jian)(jian)設(she)的背景(jing)下,“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設(she)的過程中,深職院作為“雙高”中的“雙高”,要充分探討如何(he)在(zai)(zai)粵港(gang)澳大灣區的政策環境、在(zai)(zai)新(xin)一代(dai)信息技術的創新(xin)文化、在(zai)(zai)深職院的工科(ke)特色中發揮積極作用(yong),構建(jian)(jian)新(xin)知(zhi)識體系(xi),構建(jian)(jian)新(xin)課(ke)程體系(xi),顛覆專業結(jie)構,培養(yang)復合性(xing)人(ren)才,成為名副(fu)其實的世界一流職業技術學院。

楊(yang)欣斌在總結(jie)中(zhong)表示(shi),魯昕會長的報告(gao)站位(wei)高遠、視野開(kai)闊(kuo),理(li)論深厚(hou)、邏輯嚴密,觀點鮮明、素材豐(feng)富(fu),聚焦問題(ti)、貼(tie)近實(shi)際,特別是結(jie)合(he)我校“雙高”建(jian)設、專(zhuan)業(ye)設置和產教融合(he)的情況提出具(ju)(ju)體的指導(dao)意(yi)見,對于推動學校數字(zi)化(hua)轉型(xing),落實(shi)好“雙高”建(jian)設,科(ke)學謀劃(hua)“十四(si)五”期間的思路和舉措(cuo),具(ju)(ju)有重要的指導(dao)意(yi)義。楊(yang)欣斌要求(qiu)各單位(wei)深刻領會、深入研究魯昕會長的報告(gao)精神,結(jie)合(he)實(shi)際抓好貫徹落實(shi),努力在“雙高”建(jian)設中(zhong)走在前列,爭(zheng)當(dang)職業(ye)教育(yu)創新發展的先行者。

整場報告歷時(shi)兩個半小(xiao)時(shi),全校共300余人(ren)參加學(xue)習,其中,全體專(zhuan)業主任、教研(yan)室主任、實訓室主任在(zai)會(hui)場進行(xing)集中學(xue)習;全體校領導(dao)、黨(dang)委委員,全體中層(ceng)干(gan)部通過(guo)騰訊(xun)會(hui)議(yi)系統(tong)進行(xing)線上學(xue)習。
