我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深入貫徹德智體美勞(lao)全面發展的(de)黨的(de)教(jiao)育方針,全面落實《中(zhong)共中(zhong)央 國(guo)務院(yuan)(yuan)關于全面加強(qiang)新時代大(da)中(zhong)小學勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育的(de)意見》精神,大(da)力提升(sheng)高等職(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)校學生勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)素養(yang),形成體現時代要求、符合育人規律(lv)、彰顯高職(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)校特色(se)的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育體系,8月25日至8月28日,由(you)我(wo)校和中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系學院(yuan)(yuan)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育中(zhong)心主辦(ban)、創想家科技教(jiao)育(深圳(zhen))有限公(gong)司協辦(ban)的(de)2020年全國(guo)職(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)校勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育導師(shi)研修班(中(zhong)級),在線上會(hui)議平(ping)臺成功舉辦(ban)。

為優(you)化勞(lao)動教(jiao)育師資供(gong)給,本(ben)(ben)次(ci)教(jiao)師培訓(xun)(xun)除了邀請(qing)勞(lao)動教(jiao)育領域相(xiang)關(guan)知名學者外,基于勞(lao)動教(jiao)育本(ben)(ben)身特質,還邀請(qing)了企業代(dai)表擔任課程授(shou)課講師。共有來自(zi)廣東、廣西、貴州(zhou)、湖南、江(jiang)蘇、內蒙古、陜(shan)西、浙(zhe)江(jiang)等14所職業院校近30名老師參(can)加(jia)培訓(xun)(xun)。

 培訓期間,學(xue)員們(men)分別觀摩了中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系學(xue)院(yuan)劉(liu)麗紅副校(xiao)長(chang)、我(wo)校(xiao)人(ren)文學(xue)院(yuan)張(zhang)克副院(yuan)長(chang)、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系學(xue)院(yuan)黨印副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、中(zhong)國(guo)美術學(xue)院(yuan)杜銘秋副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、優(you)必選人(ren)工(gong)智能教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負責人(ren)郭子(zi)琦(qi)、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系學(xue)院(yuan)李珂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、廣東海涵(han)律(lv)師(shi)事務所(suo)主任律(lv)師(shi)吳小波主講的(de)(de)(de)“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)歷史演變(bian)、政策(ce)解(jie)讀與(yu)(yu)趨勢”“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)職責與(yu)(yu)倫理——如何更(geng)好的(de)(de)(de)理解(jie)體面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)素質能力提升”“職業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)課程(cheng)設(she)計——臺灣(wan)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)與(yu)(yu)實踐”“人(ren)工(gong)智能時(shi)代下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)”“職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)融合(he)機(ji)制(zhi)”“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)風險與(yu)(yu)應(ying)對政策(ce)”七(qi)堂課。專家(jia)們(men)表示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相關(guan)(guan)政策(ce)的(de)(de)(de)進一步推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)將更(geng)加專業(ye)化(hua)且惠及(ji)更(geng)多(duo)學(xue)生(sheng),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)資(zi)則面臨(lin)極(ji)大的(de)(de)(de)挑戰(zhan)。從長(chang)遠來看,應(ying)開設(she)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相關(guan)(guan)專業(ye),培養(yang)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專業(ye)人(ren)才。短期內,應(ying)根據(ju)學(xue)校(xiao)目前師(shi)資(zi)情況采取多(duo)種措施,建立專兼職相結合(he)的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)資(zi)隊伍(wu)。

同時,為深入了解目(mu)前(qian)高(gao)職(zhi)院校勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開展(zhan)(zhan)情況,今年3月,我校聯(lian)合創想家教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)科技(深圳(zhen))有限公司,對覆蓋生源地30個(ge)省、自治區、直轄市的(de)學(xue)生及來自全國(guo)14所(suo)高(gao)職(zhi)院校的(de)老師(shi)開展(zhan)(zhan)《全國(guo)高(gao)職(zhi)院校勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)現狀調(diao)查報告藍皮書》專項(xiang)問(wen)卷調(diao)研。經過5個(ge)月的(de)立項(xiang)、調(diao)研論證、問(wen)卷發放及回(hui)收、電話訪談記錄(lu)、數據清洗與甄(zhen)別等,共回(hui)收有效教(jiao)師(shi)問(wen)卷221份(fen),學(xue)生問(wen)卷2101份(fen),教(jiao)師(shi)訪談記錄(lu)25份(fen)。

調研專家組成(cheng)員(yuan)范苗就調研報告中(zhong)(zhong)學生素(su)養(yang)現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)、目(mu)前勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)開展現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、師資建(jian)設(she)現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)與實(shi)習實(shi)訓相結(jie)合(he)的現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)與校園文化建(jian)設(she)相結(jie)合(he)的現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)與社會服務相結(jie)合(he)的現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題等內容進行分享,讓研修班(ban)的學員(yuan)們從數據中(zhong)(zhong)更科(ke)學更全面(mian)的了解(jie)目(mu)前勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)在高職(zhi)院(yuan)校中(zhong)(zhong)開展的情況。

研(yan)修(xiu)班4天的(de)課程(cheng)涵(han)蓋勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)理論知識、相關政策導讀(du)、實際課程(cheng)案例(li)分析(xi)、勞動(dong)(dong)相關法律知識普及(ji)、人工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能下的(de)勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)等多(duo)個(ge)方(fang)面,最后以(yi)電子考卷的(de)形式對(dui)學員(yuan)們進行(xing)考核。參訓(xun)學員(yuan)紛(fen)紛(fen)表示(shi),將以(yi)本次研(yan)究(jiu)班為新的(de)起點,進一步加強理論學習,重塑勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)觀,為所(suo)屬高職院校開展勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作貢獻(xian)力量(liang);并希望這樣(yang)的(de)培(pei)訓(xun)能夠制度化、常態化,進一步豐(feng)富培(pei)訓(xun)內容,在條件允許的(de)情(qing)況下,安排線(xian)下培(pei)訓(xun)課,加入動(dong)(dong)手實踐實操環節,將勞動(dong)(dong)精神貫穿師資培(pei)訓(xun)始終。
