7月13日(ri)-14日(ri),全省(sheng)高等(deng)(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學工作會(hui)(hui)議在(zai)順(shun)德召(zhao)開。此次(ci)會(hui)(hui)議的主(zhu)要任務是,貫(guan)徹落實習近平(ping)總書記(ji)“四個(ge)堅(jian)持、三(san)個(ge)支撐、兩個(ge)走在(zai)前列”重要批(pi)示和省(sheng)委第十二次(ci)黨代會(hui)(hui)精神,分析(xi)我省(sheng)高職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)面臨的新(xin)形勢(shi),深入(ru)探討推(tui)進高職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)改革與發(fa)展的新(xin)思路、新(xin)舉措。會(hui)(hui)議由廣東省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)廳主(zhu)辦(ban),順(shun)德職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術學院(yuan)(yuan)承(cheng)辦(ban)。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與成人教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)司(si)高職(zhi)(zhi)發(fa)展處(chu)處(chu)長林宇,廣東省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)廳職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)與終身教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)處(chu)處(chu)長陳亞林、調(diao)研員吳(wu)艷(yan)(yan)玲,佛山(shan)市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)局副(fu)局長徐旭(xu)雁等(deng)(deng)出席了會(hui)(hui)議。我校(xiao)校(xiao)長賈興東、副(fu)校(xiao)長馬曉明(ming)與160余位全省(sheng)高等(deng)(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)校(xiao)長、主(zhu)管教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學副(fu)校(xiao)長參(can)加了會(hui)(hui)議。會(hui)(hui)議由吳(wu)艷(yan)(yan)玲主(zhu)持。

會上,深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院、順(shun)德(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院、廣州番禺職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院、廣東(dong)(dong)交通(tong)(tong)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院、廣東(dong)(dong)建(jian)設職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院、廣州城建(jian)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)院等6所高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)院校(xiao)校(xiao)長和廣東(dong)(dong)恒基金屬制品實(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)有限公司董(dong)事長作(zuo)經驗介紹。賈興東(dong)(dong)以(yi)《服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan),爭(zheng)創世界一(yi)(yi)流》為題,介紹了(le)我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)的(de)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)實(shi)踐與思考。他說(shuo),我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)經過近(jin)25年的(de)探索與發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan),形成(cheng)了(le)自身(shen)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)特(te)色與經驗:一(yi)(yi)是(shi)圍繞產業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)鏈(lian)(lian)部署專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)鏈(lian)(lian)、開發(fa)(fa)(fa)課(ke)程鏈(lian)(lian),優化(hua)人才(cai)(cai)供給,深(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)體(ti)制機制改革,激發(fa)(fa)(fa)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)活(huo)力(li),在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)大局中(zhong)深(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)了(le)改革創新。二(er)是(shi)通(tong)(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)世界一(yi)(yi)流企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)提(ti)升(sheng)人才(cai)(cai)培養質(zhi)量(liang),通(tong)(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)中(zhong)小微企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)提(ti)升(sheng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)和技(ji)(ji)術(shu)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)能力(li),在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)中(zhong)提(ti)升(sheng)了(le)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)水平。三(san)(san)是(shi)通(tong)(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)市(shi)民提(ti)升(sheng)社會服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)能力(li),通(tong)(tong)過對口幫扶發(fa)(fa)(fa)揮輻射帶動作(zuo)用,在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)民生需求中(zhong)凸(tu)顯(xian)了(le)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教特(te)色。四(si)是(shi)通(tong)(tong)過加強與職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教育國(guo)際組(zu)織(zhi)合作(zuo)、聯合發(fa)(fa)(fa)起成(cheng)立“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路(lu)”職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教育聯盟、加快推動跨(kua)境(jing)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)等,在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)雙向開放中(zhong)拓(tuo)展(zhan)了(le)合作(zuo)空間。賈興東(dong)(dong)指出,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)確定(ding)了(le)未來發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)“三(san)(san)個服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)、五個定(ding)位(wei)、一(yi)(yi)個率先”戰略(lve)目標,將通(tong)(tong)過實(shi)施“九大一(yi)(yi)流行動計劃”,將我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)建(jian)設成(cheng)為中(zhong)國(guo)特(te)色、世界一(yi)(yi)流的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)院校(xiao),為世界職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)貢獻“深(shen)(shen)(shen)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模(mo)式(shi)”。
林宇(yu)分享(xiang)了(le)對(dui)高(gao)等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)未(wei)來發(fa)(fa)(fa)展的思考。他(ta)指出,高(gao)等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)近年來發(fa)(fa)(fa)展快,影響大。在未(wei)來發(fa)(fa)(fa)展中(zhong),高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校要(yao)正確認識高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)在高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)和職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)的地位和作用。要(yao)在服務當(dang)地經濟(ji)社會和行業(ye)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展中(zhong),準確把握(wo)需(xu)求,精準對(dui)接需(xu)求。廣東要(yao)把握(wo)當(dang)前發(fa)(fa)(fa)展的良好機遇,加強省級統籌,樹立高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的高(gao)峰和品牌。此(ci)外,還要(yao)結合《高(gao)等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創新發(fa)(fa)(fa)展行動(dong)計(ji)劃(2015-2018年)》,深化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學改(gai)革(ge)。
陳亞林轉達了省(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)廳(ting)景李(li)虎廳(ting)長對(dui)全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)職教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的期望,并對(dui)我省(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)等職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)未來發(fa)展做出部署(shu)。會(hui)議指出,今(jin)后一(yi)(yi)段時期,要(yao)以(yi)習近平總書記重(zhong)要(yao)批示為(wei)統領(ling),推(tui)動(dong)我省(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)等職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的改革發(fa)展。要(yao)把思(si)想和行(xing)動(dong)統一(yi)(yi)到省(sheng)(sheng)委(wei)省(sheng)(sheng)政府的戰略部署(shu)上來,推(tui)動(dong)我省(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)等職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)再上新(xin)(xin)臺階。圍繞全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)系統“爭先進、當(dang)標本、建高(gao)(gao)地”中心工(gong)作,以(yi)分類指導為(wei)重(zhong)點,以(yi)新(xin)(xin)一(yi)(yi)輪(lun)高(gao)(gao)職教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)創新(xin)(xin)強校工(gong)程為(wei)總抓手(shou),全(quan)面對(dui)接國家和省(sheng)(sheng)各項(xiang)建設任務(wu),大力加(jia)強創新(xin)(xin)創業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),把好方向、加(jia)大投入、優(you)化結構(gou)(gou)、產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)合,打造(zao)高(gao)(gao)地、辦出特色、強化治理(li)、構(gou)(gou)建體系,建設廣東高(gao)(gao)職教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)高(gao)(gao)地。
